Chris George is a P.G.A. member and the Director of Instruction at Kingsmill Resort in Williamsburg, Virginia. Under his direction, Kingsmill’s Golf Academy was cited as one of the country’s best Golf Schools by GOLF Magazine. Chris has over 20 years’ experience in golf instruction and currently teaches Hurricane, Tarheel Junior Tour, PKBJT, AJGA & US Kids Tour junior golfers, college players, and mini tour players. He has been a featured speaker at the MAPGA Coaching & Teaching Summit and has been named the 2010 P.G.A. Middle Atlantic Section Teacher of the Year. Chris’ specialty areas include short game and putting with certifications as a GameForge Performance Coach and AimPoint Level 1 instructor. In addition, he has also been ranked as Golf Digest Top Teachers in State, GRAA Top 50 Growth of the Game Teaching Professional, Golf Channel Academy Lead Coach and U.S. Kids Top 50 Instructors. Chris currently writes articles for several golf publications and has appeared on Golf Channels Morning Drive as well as multiple news channels providing instruction on how to improve your golf game.
