Doug Spencer has become one of the world’s most respected golf instructors, coaching players of all ages and abilities. His students have had success at every level from beginner to the Championship winning Professional. Doug has traveled the world teaching golf his travels include South Korea, Japan, Thailand, China, New Zealand, Australia and Hawaii. Before his travel Doug was raised in Parkersburg, WV a small town located on the Ohio River about 3 hours east of Cincinnati. Doug has been nominated by his peers as one of Golf Digest’s “Top 40” Teachers under 40. He is also ranked by Golf Digest Best Teacher in State. Before arriving in Cincinnati Doug was the Director of Instruction for “Top 100” Instructor Brian Mogg. Doug was located at his Seoul, South Korea Academy and Hawaii Academy located on the island of Oahu. The Spencer Golf Academy has a core belief that we are creating a partnership with our students. By listening to our players and their needs, we can work together to reach a common goal of helping them improve.
