Paul has dedicated most of his 40+ year professional career to teaching and coaching. Paul was the first recipient of the PGA of Canada’s George Knutson “National Teacher off the Year” Award. In 2017, the PGA of Canada Awarded Paul the Ben Kern “National Coach of the Year” and the PGA of Alberta awarded Paul “Coach of the Year” for the second year in a row. In 2016, the PGA of Alberta awarded Paul the inaugural “Coach of the Year”. He is also a 14 time finalist and 2 time winner of the PGA of Alberta “Teacher of the Year” Award. FCG Top 50 Elite Junior Golf Coaches in the USA. Top 50 Instructors in Canada – National Post. Nominated Top 100 Teachers in America – Golf Magazine. One of 5 Evaluators for the PGA of Canada CDC Candidates. In 2009, Paul moved from teaching players to coaching players in all aspects of their game, including mental, fitness, nutrition along with tactical and strategies to play the game. “Master your game, not just your swing.” Paul coaches many elite players including Stephen Ames (PGA/Champions Tour Member) along with a number of other professionals, Men’s and Women’s Long Drive Champions, top amateurs, collegiate, NCAA and several highly competitive Junior players. Paul also enjoys working with other players of any skill level that show a commitment to improving their game.
